📅 Phase 1: The First 3 Years

YEAR 1:

• Buy 10–20 acres of land By founders

• Build tiny homes and cabins for stays

• Start farming and hosting seasonal events

• Invite 1,000 founding member families

YEAR 2:

• Launch first small businesses (food, retreats, workshops)

• First members complete 1-year "Seed Phase"

• Begin forming community leadership (Root Members)

YEAR 3:

• Transition governance to elected board

• Expand land or services (as voted)

• Founder keeps home and 1 acre, income share ends

Two Types of Members:

• ✨ Seed Member: Year 1, learn, help, align.

• 🌳 Root Member: After Year 1, full voting rights.

How we govern:

• 1 person = 1 vote (after Seed Phase)

• Decisions made by Board (elected by Root Members)

• Founder has no special power after Year 3

💼 How Money Works

Startup:

• Founder invests $500,000

• 1000 families invest $2,000 = $2 M fund

Income use:

• Year 1–3: Founder receives 10% of business income

• After Year 3: All profits reinvested into land, BTC, new businesses

No land is sold. No one profits privately.

• Land is held in trust.
